When will we receive our photos?

Your final gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after your session. During peak seasons it may be 3-4 weeks.

How will we receive our images?

Images are delivered through an online gallery where you can download and share your photos.

Do you offer refunds?

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date if proper notice is given.

What is a Fresh 48 session?

A Fresh 48 session is a lifestyle newborn photoshoot that takes place in the hospital or at home within the first 48 hours of your baby’s life. These sessions capture the very first moments of life — raw, emotional, and unforgettable.

When should I book my session?

Because babies don’t follow schedules, it’s best to book your session during pregnancy (usually around 28–32 weeks). This allows us to be ready for your delivery and schedule promptly after your baby is born.

Where do sessions take place?

Fresh 48 sessions can be done in the hospital or at home, depending on your preference. We photograph your baby naturally, alongside parents and siblings, capturing the real-life first hours.

Can siblings or family be included?

Yes! Family moments are highly encouraged. Including siblings or extended family makes the images even more meaningful.

Do you pose the baby?

Fresh 48 sessions are lifestyle-based, meaning the focus is on natural moments — baby in parents’ arms, little yawns, first cuddles. We do not do heavy posing or artificial setups.
